The Mercedes F800 Tomograph is literally an interactive screen exhibit. The screen itself is the interface and can be moved horizontally as well as vertically. The screen acts as a window into a different reality, turning the white model into a realistic shaded version and some xray visualisations.

Navigating with the exhibit, you are able to look inside the car, experiencing the unique interior design and details of technology, such as the hybrid engine.

You might wonder about the quality and look of the software. Yes , it’s realtime, it runs at 60 frames per second. It doesn’t even need a highend graphics card, it’s running on a Geforce 260GTX. Anyway, all can be seen in the movie, we hope you enjoy it.
